Thinkpad button (yes I know)
Thinkpad button (yes I know)
I know this has been asked before. However I looked through some faq's and have noot been able to find the answer. So how do I activate the thinkpad button on my T23? I have loaded up everything the software installer wanted me to. Maybe I missed something?
Anyway, thanks in advance.

Start with the Software Update Page. d/l the utility which will install/update your files:

lndocid=SOFT-UPDATE
Next, if you want it done yourself, here's the Driver Matrix page:

Here is the Access Online Users Guide(blue button):

Ok. IBM created a whole bunch of not so nicely named folders. Any clue as to which one I should be looking in?
Thanks to those who have responded so far.

See this thread: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.ph ... pad+button
The file (in english) is called "accessthinkpad-t23-us.exe".
Also, see these instructions:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-41811
and make sure that you have installed all the prerequisite utilities (some of which also have prerequisites). Also, the TP Hotkey utility must be running for the button to work.
