I just got through updating the BIOS and Embeded controller utility on my T30 (2366 85U). Everything went smoothly, I updated BIOS first and then Initialized the BIOS as the install instructions said. Then updated the Embedded Controller Program. The ECP updat went as expected and the system shut down afterwards(as the instructions indicated it would). The install. instructions for the ECP then says, to make sure the utility is updated correctly...........Turn on the computer and "While the "To interrupt normal startup, press the blue Access IBM button" message is displayed at the lower-left area of the screen, press the Access IBM button."
The problem IS........ I don't have an "Access IBM button" on my keyboard. I have an oval shapped button that says "Think Pad" located just to the right of the "Esc." button.......Same thing? Whats the next step?
