Enable usb boot in T30 bios

It has a mention of enabling the usb to boot in the bios but I can't figure out how to do it :?

At least enabling USB in Bios, hitting F12 and picking "removable devices" works on a T23 for a USB floppy. I'm more interested in the USB hard drive question.

I just fired up my t42 and there is a whole list of usb boot devices there, usb floppy, usb HD, etc.

Guess I'll have to dig to see if there is a work around for this.
