How Hard Is It To Upgrade The Hard Drive?

How Hard Is It To Upgrade The Hard Drive?
I've never done a swap an HD in a lapotop. How hard is it? Anything to watch out for?

Pretty simple on the Thinkpads.
Remove the coinscrew (use a nickel or a penny), open the display, pull out the drive.
Swap the "caddy".
Reinstall the drive and coinscrew.
Install OS.
Make sure you do all cloning, partitioning, formatting, installing in the Thinkpad, not in a desktop.

I Did The Upgrade Last Night
It was a piece of cake. Took about 5 or 6 minutes to remove the old HD and put in the new Hitachi 80gb 7200. And now it runs much faster. I reinstalled Windows XP from scratch and it took less than 30 minutes.
Again, thanks for the help and encouragement. It really was an easy upgrade.
