Fan Error messsage on my T30

Hi!

I recently picked up a T30 and everything was working fine until I tried booting it up this evening and received a "Fan Error" message and wouldn't go beyond the IBM splash screen (it would proceed to shut itself off after the message)
Any hints,ideas,suggestions would be great!
