T2X Processor Upgrade Confusion: Intel SL53S 495 pin??

The Intel SL53S processor (1ghz) is listed as a 495 pin PIIIM on Intel's website, but everywhere else it seems to be listed as a Micro-PGA2. I'm confused if this processor will run/fit on a T20 MB. Has anyone installed it? The specs look right, but I'm just not sure. Thanks! :)
