Help - I posted on Friday about my UltraNav buttons going awry. Haven't received any replies so I guess that this is a difficult problem. To make matters worse, I can't use a USB mouse either. I've tried two different plug-and-play ones - wireless and wired. Windows XP recognizes the wireless mouse perfectly but it simply has no effect on the T30. For the wired mouse I get an error message saying that Windows cannot recognize the device. Since the T30 has no PS2 port, I can only use a PS2 mouse with my port replicator, and I'm stuck when away form the desk.
Can anyone help with any of these problems? If this is the wrong forum to ask questions like this, could anyone direct me to a source of advice (short of taking the unit in for a costly diagnosis)? Thanks, I'll appreciate it.
