T23 savage ix drivers?

#1 Post by Bgradid » Sat Jul 15, 2006 4:53 am

I've been trying all the savage ix drivers I can get my hands on, but, all of them seem to have a similar problem with texture mapping. They'll either given an 'out of video memory' error in dxdiag or an untextured cube.

I'm running windows 2000 professional

I'd attribute this to hardware failure if it wasn't for the fact that opengl applicaitons seem to be fine.

Also the IBM site seems to be a bit flaky and loop back to T21 drivers when I request T23 drivers half the time.

Anyone else have problems with the savage drivers? Anyone can recommend any video card drivers?

No problem here. The T23 is basic with graphics. It is more a general productivity use TP. It is not much use for serious graphics like PC games. I believe the A31 P is the TP for graphics and games.

Members here do report problems with the IBM\Lenovo site from time to time. I have never had problems myself getting into T23 download archives. I would try again, another day.
