Please help me to find out; why the "Turn of your computer" cannot react for anything!
I downloaded A.TrueImage 9 and not even have a chance to us it, the computer-T22- is running and no any other problem just this...I deleted everything- with a big hassle- from the Trueimage and still have this problem...
Any idea, please?

Try doing a windows system restore back to the time before you in stalled true image.
