Thinkpad maintenance diskette

I have just replaced a failing system board in my T20.
The new one has no UUID or sytem serial no. set.
Although it does work normally I would like to update it using the 'Thinkpad hardware maintenance diskette version 1.62' mentioned in the HMM.

Does anyone know where I can download this from. A search of the IBM/Lenovo sites gave me no hits.

Reapply/upgrade the BIOs file. It will let you enter that information during the upgrade.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have already done the bios upgrade. It was from 1.03 to 1.22. There was no option to enter the missing data.

I think I really need the diskette.
