Memory for T23 2647 only 256MB?

Memory for T23 2647 only 256MB?

Went to Crucial and for the T23 model 2647 they've only got 128 and 256MB sticks of ram. Is that correct? I wanted to go with a 512 stick to add to the 256 already in my machine, but none was available for this model number?

www.18004memory.com has 512MB modules for type 2647.
