About IBM ThinkPad 14.1" LCD Hitachi TX36D97VC1AA

I saw someone who STILL sellsHitachi Panel TX36D97VC1AA (Link)
and its IBM P/N : 46L2492.

According to IBM T23 page
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... IGR-4PEHK3

It should be FRU 46L2493, LCD panel (Hitachi) 14.1 (SXGA+).

However,this seller has had huge amount of T23 SXGA+ Panel for months(Link).

I am a victim who got XGA Panel and they asked me returned myself( paid postage myself) for replacement.

After returned and waited for month, I got a broken Panel and it is still XGA Panel.

Even if I filed a dispute in Paypal, they have respond to Paypal for week.

Did anyone buy the same Panel and encounter the same thing?
