Occasionally blocky text in web browser windows

#1 Post by tp23 » Mon Oct 09, 2006 8:30 pm

T-23, 1.1 ghz, 1 gig ram, native screen resolution: this happens every so often, yet the toolbars are not effected. Simple reboot and everythigs normal. I use Mozilla FireFox.

If it only occurs in Firefox, and not Notepad, Wordpad, Word, Excel, etc., then I would say it's a problem with your install of Firefox and not really a T23 issue. IIRC, Firefox uses Gecko as the rendering engine to draw the browser output on your screen. What version of Firefox are you running? Latest version is 1.5.0.7.

You wouldn't happen to be running Linux, would you?
