T23 Admin password issue?

Internal System Damages/Issues: Laptop has an administrator password applied ( CDR Global does not know/supply the password ). Consequently, laptop does not enter system BIOS.

How bad is this?

This sounds like the admin password.....which means, according to the forum rules, we cannot discuss ways around it.
