IBM T30 keeps losing drivers?

My T30 seems to keep losing the drivers for my Sierra Aircard 860, I'll have a connection and then it'll drop the connection, tell me no card is present, and I'll get the new hardware found window. The only way to get it back is to reboot. I've used it on a Compaq 2175US annd I've held a connection for days, I've also used it in my company issued T30 and haven't had problems. My XP is up to date and I don't know of any other problems. Should I try reloading my OS?

Probably it's a hardware problem, as the PNP add hardware window pops up. These plugin cards pull a lot of juice. Could be a bad capacitor on your systermboard or even a weak power adapter since it holds up in another laptop.
