i stripped a screw...arg!!! (got it out - updated 11/21/06)

hi guys, i was just taking my t22 apart and noticed i stripped a screw. I have already taken the keyboard off. The screw is on the inside right above the ultra-bay to take out the hinge. The screw also holds the mobo in place. After I noticed i stripped it, I tried with pliers and still no luck. That screw is stuck. I must of put it on a little tight to because its not budging. What can I do to take that little screw out? Any suggestions? I've just spend 2 hours on it and no luck.

little tiny screws are a bugger:-)

that blue stuff you see on the threads is Lok-Tite

don't go cheapo on yr *torx*phillips* screwdrivers:
vital to use good screw driver of the correct size also
ensure perpendicularity, sufficient downpressure in the
case of phillips, and good initial torque. Some people
like mini-vicegrips clamped strongly thwartships onto
the s'driver barrel as a turning handle.
the way up and the way down are the same (heraclitus)
