T22 LAN/Modem problem

Hi,
I did fresh install ov W’XP (retail) on T22 and I can’t use LAN with the cable connection in my T22 with <Intel® Pro/100 SP Mobile Combo>. I already replace miniPCI card for another with the same bad result.

In LAN properties/General tab I have all boxes checked in,

In device manager it looks OK, with NO warnings, driver by Microsoft 5.41.22.00 dated 7/1/2001. And there is no any special drivers on the web for T22.

I tried to troubleshoot this problem, and W’ says that it can assign IP to my computer.
Or should I try to install original OS from restore CD, I have W2000 COA on the bottom.

Will appreciate help, what else I can check out: RQ, something in BIOS?

LAN on my T22 with W'XP is not working.

I did all diagnostic I could, including replacing miniPCI combo, no luck.
Do you think it worth to replace that panel that hold LAN jack, thinking that it could be wiring problem? Though it not often happaned.

Tride to find replacement <Intel® Pro/100 SP Mobile Combo>, also without luck, maybe anybody have it handy and working. I really want make it working in the miniPCI as I'm using dock.
