MY T21 and RAM

A few things about my T21

Can they go beyond the 512 limit, like my 1300i series going beyond the 192Mb limit to 312mb?

Can I use 1 single 512Mb Memory in 1 slot or does it have to be two 256?

Nope. 2x256MB is the limit.
