Shift keys

#1 Post by 95naSTA » Mon Feb 12, 2007 12:10 am

For some reason both of my shift keys stopped working. I ran a search on it and saw it may be sticky keys. I did check and they are not turned on.
Any other ideas?

One good way to know if the problem is with the keyboard or the OS, is to run PC Doctor's keyboard diagnostic. You can grab a copy from here:

PC Doctor for DOS T2x - diskette version

or

PC Doctor for DOS T2x - .ISO image

When you have created the bootable diskettes (3 of them) or the CD-R, boot from that media, load up the diagnostic program, select Interactive Tests, Keyboard, Keyboard Keys, TP 84key test.

Great. Thanks. I'll give it a shot.
