No problem. In fact, the 4.5A supply will probably run cooler than the 3.36A one did. You can use a power supply that can deliver more amps than your original one, but you should never use one that provides less. The voltage should be identical.
Also, be sure to check the POLARITY of the plug. The outside barrel should be "-" and inside the hole should be "+". That information can usually be found on the adapter itself. If not, DON'T plug it in until you can verify the polarity with a voltmeter. It will look something like this:
