I got a problem w/ my T23. Couple months ago, the monitor was suddenly gone dark (never dropped / abused / whatsoever). I need to re-adjusted the monitor position so that the screen is on again. After couple weeks I decided to contact IBM support. Sent the laptop, received it back w/ in couple days & it worked fine.
Less than a week, the problem came back again. I wasn't able to send it back since I only have one computer, still in school session & I really need it for school (almost all of my projects, etc are online). During the break I contacted the support again, sent the laptop, got it back, within two weeks the problem getting worse
Any suggestion on how to fix the problem would be appreciated
