Quick question on ram....

I have a PC-133 LOW denisty ram , 256meg (8 chips per side,16 chips total), thats working great in older 570E,600X,ect system .
Will this ram chip run in a T23 system?It is PC-133 but LOW density.
Does the T23's only use HIGH density ram?

The T23 will work with low-density RAM. I've got one in front of me that has a 256MB Micron MT16LSDF3264HG PC133 CL3 module. About the only thing you could possibly notice is that the battery life is reduced by a few seconds/minutes because of the "extra" DRAM refreshing that is being done. The main difference between the high-density and low-density RAM is the refreshing specification. That, in turn, very slightly affects the power consumption. Bottom line; it's really nothing to worry about.

I'm just asking because where two of my systems found new homes with my sisters,I'm useing the 570E now.I'm thinking of selling this one and getting something else with a little more power.
Thinking of two options,1> sell the 570E with the extra 256mb ram,new 80gig,and dvd-rw drive.
OR just selling it with the 128 megs ram,some small hard drive i have here(3 or 4 gig) and just a 24x cd-rom.
But i'm still going over the #'s for what i could get for each.
If i keep the ram i wanted to know i could use it in somthing newer.
