Hi,

First of all, writing in capital letters give readers the impression that you are shouting.

Second, what changes have you done prior to this happening. If no changes, what odd behavior have you observed? i.e. overheating, skipping of movies, loud noticable noises.

Your post is very hard to read for my eyes, please try not to type in caps again.

From what I understand is:

When you leave your system shut off for a while you're able to start it, but it freezes again.

It sounds a case of failing memory to me or perhaps a sign of some dying device on the system board.

With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."

Sounds like signs of overheating to me, perhaps the fan has died?

To the OP, can you hear the fan running when you first start the system?

Working of fan does not mean system cannot overheat. Can you please report back your temperature.

Here (right click and save target as) is a small temperature measuring tool.

No problem.

Please do post what they'll find, I'm curious to know.

:D Great.

Old machines usually have system board problems, atleast the ones I have seen.
