T30- Power profiles for non-admin XP accounts

Hi all,

I could not find solution for that:
- how to change power profile for users with no admin rights ?
When I try to change and save I get "Access denied".
I don't see other profiles created by Admin accounts either. Looks like power profiles work only with Admin rights. Any solution to that ?
System is XP Prof SP2 on T30.

Of course I am talking about ThinkPad Power Manager.
