T23 processors comparison between 1.13 and 1.2 ghz processor

Is there much difference between the 1.13 processor and 1.2 processor?

.07 is much for me to upgrade to, same 133mhz bus speed I would assume.

Is there more onboard cache?

I'll google it and post, but if someone has a quick answer, that would be great!

onboard cache seems to be the same. Don't think that I'll bother to upgrade....
