Basic driver loading question on T21-cant see driver. help

My experience with driver loading must be bad, need some help.
I have just reloaded Win2000 on a new HDrive.
I now must restore all of the drivers due to the yellow question marks in the device manager section.
I have located what I think are the correct drivers, get the prompt to locate the driver I want to install, but when I go to the folder where I know the driver exists. (I put it there ), it can not be seen.
I enabled "show all hidden files" in control manager, but , no luck
I still cant see the driver files that I know are there when I access them via "My Computer"
Need some help on what I am doing wrong.
Much appreciated.

I need to load a Video Card driver and etherned driver to begin with.

If you are accessing from a different computer, here is the page to find the drivers for minipci cards or other drivers that you need.

If you have, download the system update and let it automatically find the updates and drivers at lenovo.com.
