T21 problem with turn ON

I have big problem - my thinpad T21 turn on but after 30 seconds turn off. If next step I turn on - all leds flashin about 3-4 second and turn off.

Actually, the symptoms don't sound like the BoD. When a BoD-affected computer boots at all, it generally works just fine. And when it doesn't, there's no 3-4 second period with all LEDs flashing, just a single, brief flash of the HDD and power LEDs.

This looks like something else to me. Perhaps the CPU isn't properly seated, or there's a problem with the fan. I think I'd check both and reseat the CPU before proceeding.
