Two 512mb simm's for T20???

Tried to install two 512mb 133 simm's in a T20 and nothing.

Are T20's limited to two 256mb simm's???

Official max memory for a T20 is 512MB.

You would need a PC100 or PC133, low density, 512MB stick in order to do what you propose. As far as I know, they don't exist. The limit is 2 x 256MB for the T20 to T22.

And for the record, not all Low Density PC133 sticks will work in the T20-T22...I tried them in the T21 that I have listed for sale in the market place, and they didn't work...even the IBM parts...

I have a 256mb pc133 from a Tseries, pm me. It's IBM brand, for very cheap.
