where do i buy a new fan? for T30 if not on ebay?

i have a t30 Pentium 2
and the fan part number says ThinkPad 46P2958 IBM
i cant find one on ebay.
i found it on
thinkpad-parts.com is this where i should buy it?>
i think my fan is dying...
i see it at different sites for 75 bucks.. is that what im lookin at?
the ones on ebay are 24 bucks
