T30 Battery or MB Troubles

Just got a used motherboard off ebay to fix a video problem. This board I cant get to charge either batteries that I have, the light just stays constant yellow all the time. Can I test the connections on the MB for the battery with a multimeter. What should it be putting out? Thanks Michael

If your issues were video on the other MB, you can test the voltage on it and compare. I think my motherboard puts out ~12V, but it's been a while since I have tested it, so I may be wrong.
