T21 beeep bep bep bep error code at startup

Last two days I have on my T21 problems to boot (no battery+AC). After turning on I can see IBM logo, but I get beeep bep bep bep error code. When I insert battery, notebook will start and is working without problems. I had before few weeks problems with battery which was always blinking orange, so I removed it and used notebook without battery and problems with starting, but yesterday problems with starting began so I plugged in battery, it looks OK (fully charged with green LED). I don't know exactly what is correct state because it looks accidentall, notebook refused to start with battery and without AC, but in other case it starts.

Why computer without battery with AC refuse to start and give me beeep bep bep bep code?

Why is helping to solve this situation manipulating with battery at startup? I had this problem couple of weeks ago, but then it stopped and it's back now, but nothing changed, there were no warnings, only problem is with starting, otherwise is notebook working without problems 10 hours or more without turning off.
