Jeremy,
Why don't you sell them here on the Forum? It's been a continuing story and it's good to know the laptops history..
Just my opinion...............

LOL! No.... Although I have to admit, that a silicon-board setting with a princess-cut capacitor does sound pretty secksiRobbyrobot wrote:In the form of a new Thinkpad?got my fiance' an engagement ring!
I got her an engagement set from zales with a quad-stone princess cut cetner-piece and stones around the band, the wedding band has small stones along the front. I will get some pictures of it after I give it to her this weekend if you like

I have definately considered it.. Honestly, I would prefer to put them up in the market place and just set it up as a trade for a T4x. something with built in wifi , at least a gig of ram, and (possibly) a bigger resolution that 1024x768 (as I would use it for website work as well). Do you think there are members that would go for that? I have priced some T42's on ebay for well over 600$ with that config.. I am clueless on laptop value for the most part. All I really know is that the "crap"tops people try to sell on craigslist are not worth $350.... not for a p3 700mhz with 256mb of ram. I would feel like and [censored]/thief if I got that much for this T22..dorronto wrote:Jeremy,

So I was messing around on this, this weekend.. checking some stuff out, running windows updates (91 of them for XP Pro :blech:), and all of the sudden the screen washed out to all white...
I haven't opened the system back up yet, but am planning to recheck all the cables, etc. I literally watched the screen "wash out" it was a trip. rebooting and pulling the battery etc doesn't solve it..
Input?
