Non-OEM Batteries

#1 Post by sbelew » Sun Dec 30, 2007 11:23 pm

Has anyone tried one of these non original IBM batteries that are being sold on ebay in the $30 to $35 range? I need a new battery for my T30 and wanted to see if anyone has had any luck with these.

Thanks
Steve

i bought one, for my r31, had it since august and so far, under normal usage, I get a consistant 2:30 on it, can get 3hrs but that is pushing it for me and I am not disspointed with it

sorta offtopic, decided to cycle my 5year old battery, still gets a solid 1:30 to 1:45. just it goes down to less than 12% in 30 minutes and runs for an hours.

I got mine (for both T23 and T30) from a Hong Kong eBayer.
Both have been working perfectly so far (ca. 1.5 years now).
