T30 WLAN issue

Hi

When I install ThinkVantage Access connections and let it handle the wireless network it connects and seems fine but still it doesn't work. As soon as I let windows handle the configuration it works.

Anyone know of a solutions to this?
T43p - 2.00G - 1.5G - 15" UXGA
T30 - P4 2.20G - 1G - 14.1" SXGA+
