Restoring Access Connections Icons

I had some problems with my internet connection and my router, and I accidently deleted two icons that were in the systray. One was the computer icon connected to the internet pipe, and the other icon was the three bar icon that shows the signal strength.

They're two nice icons used to monitor my internet connection, it would be nice to restore them somehow.

found it under global settings.

Funny how you find the info 2 seconds after you ask someone.
