T23 Bios update problem

Hi,

I decided to bring back to life my old T23..
Actually it has Bios 1.17 and Embedded Controller 1.02.

I went to Lenovo download center to download the new Bios but, following their instructions:

Bios 1.20 needs Embedded Controller 1.06.
Embedded Controller 1.06 needs Bios 1.18.
Bios 1.18 needs Embedded Cntroller 1.06...

I'm in a loop!
How could I upgrade to 1.20+1.06?

My worries are about my notebook no to start anymore after installin one of them because the other part doesn't meet the reqirements..

any idea?

Like it says in the instructions, when you have to update both the BIOS and the embedded controller, update the BIOS first. This worked fine in my case (also a T23).
