T23 and suspend mode

After 2 years of trouble-free performance my T23 suddenly fails to go into suspend mode with either IBM Battery Maximizer Wizard or Display settings. It will suspend when I close the lid.
Any suggestions?

I'm assuming that you are expecting the system to go into suspend simply by relying on the programmed timers in the Battery Maximizer and Display settings. If so, try temporarily changing to another power profile/scheme and then go back to your original settings. I've noticed that sometimes Windows forgets what's been defined and toggling the settings can get it back to normal.

Didnt work. Created different power schemes but my T23 still wont go into standby/suspend unless I close the lid. No changes made in bios.

Try updating the video driver. This solved a similar problem for me.

Or reinstall Battery Maximizer.
