T22 with IBM PCMCIA wireless card 39T0355

Hello there,

I got my T22 back from my brother, actually this unit used to belong to me for awhile before I gave it to him. I'm glad I get it back.
I was wondering whether I can use the IBM PCMCIA wireless card with T22, I believe part number is 39T0355. I'm not sure whether this card will work with T22.

If someone happen to have good experience or know about this card, please let me know. I certainly appreciate.

I'd have to say that most any type of PCMCIA wireless card can be used in a T22. However, the FRU 39T0355 seems to point to a MiniPCI card; a different beast. You could replace the modem/ethernet MiniPCI combo card in the bottom of the T22 with a wireless card, but then you need to also install the antenna(s). And you would obviously lose the built-in modem and ethernet capabilities that the combo card provides.
