Thinkpad T23 memory question

I'm having a bid on Thinkpad T23, Where can i get hold of PC-133 512MB Memory sticks for it?

a 2x512mb configuration would be very nice for me.
and on top of that a 500gb 2.5" ide disk.

Well, the largest HDD available in PATA form, which is what T23 uses is 250Gb.

As for 512Mb RAM sticks, I suggest placing an add in the Marketplace section of the forum.
