Power supply problem..Tseries T30....

First of all I am telling my English is not Good.Sorry...

I am first time in this forum..

I have a T30..

*Last day when it was working on AC. I turned off the power.But it was still showing the laptop is charging and charging icon at system tray.some times some beep will come and go and again will come and go. Means swiching between battery and power irregulerly.If i remove adptor also it will happen.

*Now if i put adaptor without booting it won't lit the battery indicator.

*If i remove the AC adaptor when working it will sytem will shuttoff
but if i turn on again manually without AC also it will work that means the battery is in good condition ?
*Near ADP3806 I found one diode code of that is 25 is burned
Anybody know equvlent or it's voltage raing??

*Battery & adaptor are good i checked with another system.

*Now what happend you know erlier one problem is there means

above i explained After removing adaptor showing charging it is

totally changed..to like this..Full time battery icon is showing in

taskbar if i put adaptor also it will show Battery icon & battery

charge become 100%. as well as littile bit charging also happening

when it working on AC.

*Anybody know which is the AC battery switching IC or MOSFET inside the motherboard??

*Anybody know what is the equvqlent part for the diode named 25[SMD] ????or voltage rating of this diode?

I would really appreciate if any body help me to solve this problem...
