EDIT: Nevermind. It was a bad connection at the MB. I pulled off the keyboard and cleaned & reseated the LCD cable and it is now back to normal.
I tried a quick search, but didn't find anything similar to my problem. When I turn on the laptop (T20), the IBM logo is in the bottom right corner instead of the center off the screen. Then, when XP loads, the desktop is only filling the bottom right area of the LCD. Its like there is a 4" black border at the top & left side of the desktop.
I tried to go into the BIOS and adjust the display settings there with no luck. Any idea what might be up with this thing? The fact that both the IBM logo splash screen and the BIOS set-up screen are off center leads me to beleive it is not an OS issue. The BIOS is version 1.22
Thanks for looking.
EDIT: I just tried hooking it up to an external monitor and the desktop image is fine on a CRT. I'll try running PC Doctor and see if that comes up with anything I guess.

I did another search with different keywords and finally did find a thread from a few years ago that was similar:
http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=18244
That user has the same issues as me with the image in the botom right corner and the taskbar not viewable at the bottom of the screen. Apparently, his fix was a new A/C adapter. Wierd. Anyway, I tried different adapters and batteris and combos with the same results.
Also, when I ran the display test from PC Doctor, most of the tests only worked in the same frame as the desktop appears (bottom right corner), but some of the tests did fill the whole screen, so I don't know what to think.
