Whats the difference in this

Im thinking there is a black adapter in the first link.
The T22 I need it for needs the adapter.

I only need 1!

The only diff I can see is in the price.
Each link offers 6 caps.
You can get 'em cheaper on eBay

If you look down in each ad, there are differences in the compatibility lists.

Problem I have is
There appears to be the keyboard, and adapter then the red cap.
I really need the adapter

If you're talking about the square thingy onto which the red cap goes, you're out of luck. You'll need a new/used keyboard.
