T30 - requires 2GHz CPU for digital TV USB dongle??

I have recently acquired a digital TV USB dongle ie. you plug it into your USB port and the laptop becomes a digital TV.

The minimum spec for the digital TV USB dongle to work is P4 2GHz.

I'm not sure of the CPU spec of my T30. WinXP system info says :

- 4M CPU 2.00GHz
- 1.20 GHz

Does this mean its a 2GHz OR a 1.2GHz CPU??

Any thoughts?

It's 2ghz, it drops speed when not being used to save power.

Thanks for the feedback - all I need now is a USB 2.0 PCMCIA card

make sure you get one with a power adapter or power jack+cable
by themselves the pcmcia usb doesnt provide the 500mA per port
and i'm sure the tvtuner requires almost that amount of current
