pcmcia card advice for T30

#1 Post by johnny9fingers » Thu Oct 23, 2008 10:39 am

Hello,

I have questions for three applications for my T30.

1. Are there pcmcia cards I can use to boost my T30's gaming performance? ie 3d capability, shading, ect....

2. Are there cards that will let me use the T30 as an AM/FM/
SW tuner?

3. Are there cards available for audio editing?

Thanks,

John

The only personal experience I have with PCMCIA cards in my ThinkPad is a USB2.0 adapter and a Netgear wireless adapter.

I did find this website which seems to offer a lot of different cards.

Maybe this will give you a place to start.

for the FM part there are Tv tuners available - but AFAIK not with AM too

for "sound" - there are some external USB soundcards - but if there are better than the one onboard? i don't know
ex: T30, TR451, TR453, R51, R52, X40, X60, R61, T400
X200 - P8600 2.66Ghz, 3G, 250G
G50-70 - 3558U 2.4Ghz, 4G, 1T
