T23 Docking Station software?

Does anyone know if there is any software needed to use the Docking Station with a T23? I just picked one up and am not sure if the laptop needs anything to recognize full usage of the station.

Yes, there are a few drivers that the full dock uses such as PCI bridge, PC Card slot etc. Windows XP should pick them up and install automatically.
