Hi Ron, just curious as to why you are posting links to commercial sites selling Thinkpads? Are these particularly good deals for some reason?

I am very leary of buying "good" laptops from ebay
Geeks has always offered decent prices, and the very few times I have used their warranty, I was knocked off my feet by the service.
My opinion only

I bought my first 2 T22's from them, both still running going on 4 years now.
If my 7 (yes 7) year old trashes his hand me down, it has more than recouped its $200.00 price tag
Once again my opinion only

Great, thanks. Honestly IMHO the prices are a bit on the high side, but if the warranty works well and the laptops are high quality, then I'd agree that a little higher cost is worth it.

1st warranty was on a 2.5 HDD
Screaming brand new out of the box
The Customer Service Rep, actually heard it over the phone
They shipped me a new one out the same day, told me to put the old one back in the box when it arrived, put the enclosed return sticker on it and ship it back, upgraded to overnight

2nd was on an ATX power supply
13 mos into a 12 mos warranty
Cost me shipping 1 way, but they stood behind it

I will always pay a little extra for a sure thing
All of the guys I have dealt with here have been sure things
As a rule if it is more than about $30.00, it does not come from eBay
Once again my opinion
