hardware ID missing

#1 Post by lbabcoc » Sat Jan 17, 2009 8:09 pm

I am getting a "hardware ID missing " warning at startup. I had to replace the cmos battery.
I cannot access "Thinkpad configuration" with the TP button or through Control Panel. T22 2647 -M5U 2k

Control Panel> System> Hardware> Device Manager and see if there are any yellow alerts next to the list of hardware on your computer.
