3 beeps on bios boot - no network

#1 Post by agodave » Sat Jan 31, 2009 6:51 pm

I have a t22 that when it starts, beeps three times and then boots to the os. All works fine but the network. I can't update or repair the drivers for the network. I guessing that the network circuit is bad but how can I really tell what is going on.

You may have a duff modem/NIC combo card.
Have you loaded the NIC drivers?
(NIC = Network Interface Card)?

Perhaps try a different cable between router and laptop, or reset the router?
