control the battery charging level for T23

Hello everyone!

This is my first post here although I have been reading this board for a while now. Great info!

Here come my first question.

I have been looking for a way to control the battery charging level for my T23. A kind of software that would start charging the battery when the charge is lower than x% and stop charging it at y%. I believe such function is available for some new Thinkpad but I just wonder if anyone here know such a tool that can do the job for the good old T23? I just don't like that the battery is charged up to 100% every time the laptop is on AC.

I have already search for this within the board but perhaps I could miss it. Please let me know if it's already posted somewhere.
