How to flash T23 Bios from a CD

can someone let me know which file(s) is used to make the iso?

I assume you downloaded the .iso and don't know what to do with it?
Use the likes of Nero to burn a CD from an .iso (also called Image in Nero) file.

Not exactly... I have downloaded and extracted the non-diskette version of the 1.20 bios (1auj20us.exe), but am unsure which file(s) to burn onto the cd, and then which one to place as the boot image.

Any help from someone who's done this himself would be much appreciated.

I've not personally done the non-diskette BIOS update on the T23 (I use diskettes), but if you follow the instructions that are here:

they should be telling you that you run the BIOS update from the hard drive, not a CD. I don't know if you can actually put the file onto a non-writable media (i.e., a CD-R) and have it work correctly.

Note that you must also have the Embedded Controller updated to version 1.06a or higher in order to be running BIOS 1.20.
